Full itinerary

Your adventure begins with your arrival in Tangier, with a panoramic tour of the city where European influence meets the atmosphere of northern Morocco. Depending on your arrival time, the itinerary includes a visit to Tetouan. You then carry on to Chefchaouen, the "Blue Pearl", famous for its cobbled streets and sky-blue houses. Free afternoon to wander at your own pace.
A visit to the Roman ruins of Volubilis, an archaeological gem with remarkably preserved mosaics. The journey continues to Meknes, one of the four imperial cities, where you will discover monuments such as Bab Mansour and the old town. Finally you reach Fez, the cultural capital of the country, where you will spend the night.
A day given over to Fez, the oldest city in the country. You will explore the medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a maze of alleys and markets that is home to the Al Quaraouiyine University, the oldest in the world. You will also visit the famous tanneries, where the traditional leather dyeing process can still be seen.
A drive through the landscapes of the Middle Atlas, passing Ifrane, known as the "Switzerland of Morocco", and crossing cedar forests and Berber villages. On arriving in Merzouga a camel ride across the dunes at sunset awaits, followed by a night in a traditional tent under the starry sky.
Sunrise in the desert and a journey to the spectacular Todra Gorge, a canyon of sheer walls where you can walk and take in the setting. From there, on to Ouarzazate, the "Gateway to the Desert", famous for its film studios.
A visit to the kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a fortress of clay and stone listed as a World Heritage Site and the backdrop of many films. You then cross the High Atlas over the Tizi n'Tichka pass to Marrakech, where you will spend the night.
A day given over to Marrakech. You will visit its medina and emblematic monuments such as the Koutoubia Mosque, the Bahia Palace and the Majorelle Gardens. Jemaa el-Fna square, the heart of the city, closes the day with its food stalls, musicians and street performers.
The last day depends on your flight time. You can use it for last-minute shopping or to explore the city before the transfer to Marrakech airport.
