Purpose

These general terms and conditions govern the purchase of the package holidays offered by Marhaba Morocco through its website and sales channels.

Booking process

The booking is formalised by completing the request form and paying the stated deposit. You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your trip.

Prices

Published prices include the services detailed in each itinerary. Marhaba Morocco reserves the right to change prices before the booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, the price is guaranteed.

Payment

The full trip price must be paid before the departure date in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. Failure to pay within the established deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking.

Travel documents

It is the traveller's responsibility to hold the documentation required for the destination (passport, visa where applicable, travel insurance, etc.). Marhaba Morocco accepts no liability for refusal of entry due to insufficient documentation.

Changes requested by the customer

Any change requested by the customer after confirmation is subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the supplier.

Liability

Marhaba Morocco acts as an organiser of package travel under the terms of Spanish Law 21/1995 and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. We are liable for the proper performance of the contracted services in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
